Our chocolate arrived in great condition. This is great quality chocolate with something for everyone. I'm partial to the dark and semisweet myself. It's very smooth and our clients love that we have it in our waiting room. It's the first to disappear from our candy bowl.

I love Scharffen Berger chocolate, and have ordered many of their chocolate bars in the prior. This order came promptly but the product was horrible. The tiny little individually wrapped squares were all melted and re-formed into a mass of wrapped chocolate so that I couldn't separate the wrapping from the chocolate. Of course, I tried to return them or get them replaced, but this item is not returnable. All 4 packages were the same. Amazon is apparently Scharffen Berger's way to unload damaged products. I am not happy.
