A great way to compare chocolate from different origins

I bought these chocolate bars for a class I'm teaching to illustrate the differences between varieties of chocolate. The chocolate was very flavorful, and it was easy to tell the differences between different types of beans. In general, it was excellent chocolate, but one of the bars had an unpleasant fungal taste, and we threw it out.
