I ordered a 5lb M&M as described on the web site, I got a 5lbs of M&M's. M&M Maroon - 5lb. This was ordered as a unique Valentines Day gift. I was so looking forward to giving her a 5lb M&M. Candy Pros Store's add stated this would be "M&Ms Maroon - 5lb" (and showed a photograph of one M&M) not M&Ms Maroon 5lbs. Simply put in basic English, "5 lb" is the measurement for a single item (and showed a photograph of one M&M), whereas "5 lbs" is the combined weight of several items. For example: M&Ms Green - 5 lb would be for a 5 lb M&M. M&Ms Green - 5 lbs would be for a 5 lb bag. Candy Pros Store add did not say "bag" (and showed a photograph of one M&M) it stated "M&Ms Green - 5 lb" (and showed a photograph of one M&M). Now I have spent all the money I had for my wife's Valentines Day gift and Candy Pros Store destroyed it. Now I have no money or time for a different gift. Web site adds are misleading. Seller uses visuals and wording to make buyers think they will get something other than what they do get. All returns must be "in order to give you a refund they need to arrive in perfect conditions to our warehouse. The bags need to come in a box with packing materials, and there will be a 20% restocking fee".
