Ghirardelli's dark chocolate has a wonderful roasted flavor that's not overly sweet. The delicate squares are a fine balance for the smooth peppermint filling enrobed within. I'm very particular about dark chocolate; it's a necessary nutrient and antioxidant, a multipurpose delight. My partner lost 40 pounds in five months while enjoying 2 - 3 squares of this scrumptious mint-filled chocolate every night. The key is that these are so good they're satisfying.When life's stress seems overwhelming, whether it's bills, noisy neighbors, health, the new "Dark Shadows" movie, whatever, you can find reliable comfort in this bulk box of Ghirardelli mint squares. There's something about the flavor and texture of these dark chocolate, mint-filled squares that's immensely pleasing. The creamy peppermint filling matches the Ghirardelli chocolate in authentic goodness.
