This product was delivered promptly, which was great!However, when the package arrived I found the full ingredient list which reads:Merckens Rainbow Cocoa Lite-milk (the product was not listed this way on Amazon, it was listed as Merckens Milk Chocolate Wafters Candy Making Supplies 10 Pounds)Ingredient List:Sugar, Fractionated Palm Kernel Oil, Non Fat Dry Milk, Cocoa, Dry Whole Milk, Glycerly-Lacto Esters of Fatty Acids, Lecithin (an emulsifier) and saltThe taste of this product is bland and leaves a very greasy feel in the mouth.

I'm not sure what the previous reviewer is complaining about; for the last 7-8 years I have used Merckens Coco Lite wafers to make chocolates and year after year I get rave reviews! I find the wafers to have a very good taste and melt very well and evenly whether using a double boiler or a microwave. I've made everything from candy molds, covered pretzels and Oreo's, buckeyes, peanut butter cups, mallocups, cake balls of all types to using it for making fudge as well! This is the only chocolate wafer I will use! (As a note, I've also used their white, dark, and colored wafers as well, all with very satisfactory results!)
