If you love chocolate and wine, you will absolutely love brix!! The chocolate on its own is high quality and delicious, and it's even better with the suggested wine pairings. You will not be disappointed.

This item is specifically targeted towards the wine tasting community and indeed it does pair itself well with various dark and light wines, enhancing the wine tasting experience. I initially set out to purchase this item through Amazon.com, but due to the quantity I required, was directed to the manufacturer Brix Chocolate. BIG MISTAKE! Brix Chocolate not only shorted my order by one-third the items I purchased, but they neglected to ship the items with the cold packs that I had paid for. I contacted their customer service department and they did send the remaining items that I was shorted, but were very arrogant and acted as though they were doing me a big favor. The Brix Bites that were sent in the second shipment with the cold packs did taste somewhat better according to most of the folks that I was serving the wine and chocolate to. In short, if you desire to try this product, order it through Amazon.com and NOT the manufacturer. You will then have the Amazon.com protection policies in place and not have to deal with the snooty folks at Brix Chocolate.
